Following is a description of each of Skyridge PTC's fundraising activities. Our main fundraiser is the Jogathon, which is held each October. Our other large fundraisers are the Carnival and Auction, which are held on alternating years.  

Auction
The Skyridge Auction is currently scheduled for May 15, 2010, to be held at Veteran's Memorial Hall.  Many local businesses and individuals have donated wonderful prizes which you can bid on through a silent and live auction.  A delicious dinner is also included in the ticket price!  This event is adults only, please. 

Book Fair
Skyridge PTC holds two book fairs during the school year, in the fall and spring.  The PTC receives a percentage of the profits from the first fair.  The second fair, held in the spring, is a Buy-One-Get-One-Free event, for which the PTC receives no money.  But, the PTC provides the hard work to make this fair happen because it is such a  great value for students, teachers and parents! 

Box Tops
Many General Mills products have a Box Tops for Education coupon on the packaging.  With a few snips of your scissors, you can earn money for our PTC programs!  So, clip and save those Box Tops!

Candy Sales
The Skyridge PTC sells See's candies during December, and receives a portion of the profit. You can purchase delicious chocolate as Christmas presents for friends, family and business associates, and support your PTC at the same time!

Carnival
The Skyridge Carnival is a fun-filled family event, with games, bounce houses, food, and a raffle!  The Carnival is held on alternating years with the Auction.  The next Carnival will be held in the spring of 2011.

Corporate Sponsorship
Skyridge PTC receives funds from certain corporations for a percentage of purchases made at their stores.

Jogathon
The Jogathon is our main fundraiser held each year to support all our general programs (everything except the computer lab and library).  Skyridge students receive pledges and are able to earn prizes based on the money they raise.  Then all Skyridge students participate in a fun run and obstacle course! 

Sponsorship
The Sponsorship program is Skyridge PTC's initial fundraiser for the year, and an opportunity to introduce students and parents to all the activities funded by the PTC.  Parents may make donations at a variety of levels.  All funds raised will be used to support our general programs.  Click and print out our sponsorship form.
